Introduction to Kali Linux

Kali Linux is a Debian-based Linux distribution aimed at advanced Penetration Testing and Security Auditing. Kali contains several hundred tools which are geared towards various information security tasks, such as Penetration Testing, Security research, Computer Forensics and Reverse Engineering. Kali Linux is developed, funded and maintained by Offensive Security, a leading information security training company. Kali Linux is specifically tailored to the needs of penetration testing professionals and is provided free of charge to all users.

In this seminar, attendees will learn the basic functions and attributes of the Kali Linux operating system, how to attain the system, various ways to deploy the system, and an overview on the hundreds of tools available to its users that help them to assure their valuable information systems are secure.
